At the top of every page here on our website you can find "Free Quote" and "Sign Up Now" buttons. Click either one to access our customer portal where you can get a free quote and sign up for recurring services or one time clean ups. Answer a few questions to get your quote and then fill out our contact/information form to sign up.

All recurring services are billed monthly. You can pay by card or check. But a card must be on file at all times either way. For one time cleans payment will be taken at the end of service.
A Technician will come out on the agreed upon first clean up date, and then according to the schedule we will set with you. We use a large dust pan with a can liner in it, and a shrub rake to preform the scooping. We then double bag all the waste and haul it away in most cases unless you are okay with us disposing it in your garbage bin. We then disinfect all of our equipment and shoes to stop the spreading of germs and diseases / cross contamination between pets.
Our regular policy is to double bag the waste and dispose of it in YOUR garbage can. For us to haul away the waste its an additional cost to us to dispose of it. And it can cause problems when we get busy. Waste is heavy and can quickly make a dumpster too heavy for even the garbage trucks to pick up. Therefore we prefer to dispose of it at each job site. But if you prefer we hall it away we do offer that service as an add on. Check our services page for pricing details.
Our primary service area is Traverse City. We serve Grand Traverse and Benzie County. We base this off of zip codes if your zip code is not in our primary service area, we then have a secondary service area which has a premium price for recurring services and one time cleans. Anything outside of these areas will have to be determined by a manager for approval of service.
We want to help out our neighbors by offering a professional and reliable service that takes off just one of the many things that may be on their plate, or maybe cleaning up after their pet has started to get harder to do over time. Either way we want to help out by keeping your lawn clean and safe for you and your beloved pets. And hey maybe you just have extra cash and hate trying to keep your lawn clean all the time. The average first time clean up takes an hour+ some times multiple hours depending on the amount of waste and how large the area we are cleaning is.
Recurring service appointments vary from 10mins up to 30+ mins on average. this depends on the frequency we are preforming cleans / amount of waste, and the size of yards.
As of right now March of 2025 we are just starting our business. We are two brothers James and Owen Anderson. One or sometimes both of us will be preforming the cleans until we hire more employees. James runs most of the administrative and management aspects of the business and Owen is the Lead Technician and helps with the social media.
