TC Poo Patrol Terms Of Service
Customer Responsibilities:
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access issues you will still be charged for that cleanup)
Immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due is required. (Please update your account with any changes, or contact us so we can do it for you)
Keep your lawn maintained. Long grass and leaves can make it very difficult to perform a thorough cleaning. Any waste missed because of lack of lawn maintenance will be scooped once your lawn has received the proper maintenance required.
If you have a gate on your property please make sure it's in working order. We take no responsibility for dogs escaping and getting injured if you have a faulty gate or fence.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service. (This can be done in your client account yourself)
Pricing Policy:
Quotes in most cases are accurate, however, no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected on the first visit. We will communicate with you if there is any price change before starting services.
Customers who choose to pause services for any reason may be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added to the monthly service again.
Payment Policy:
Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job.
If you move forward with monthly service after an initial cleanup you will also be billed for the remainder of the month.
Payments for recurring services are due on the first day of each month prior to receiving services.
If payments are late you will be subject to a $10 late fee.
If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.
The monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar and averaged out over 12 months. For months with 5 weeks instead of 4, you will not be charged for the extra visit as it is built into the monthly pricing.
When first linking a debit or credit card to your online portal a test transaction for $1.50 will occur. No money is actually taken out of your account.
Initial Clean Up Policy:
Free or discounted initial clean ups upon subscribing to services require a minimum of 3 months of subscription, termination of your subscription before 3 months will result in the retroactive charge of the initial clean up onto your account.
Winter/Severe Weather Policy:
TC Poo Patrol operates 12 months a year and will always show up when weather conditions are safe regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions.
If we are unable to provide service for one week due to unsafe conditions we will perform double duty the following week and you will still be charged for the full month. This is because there is just as much pet waste and time spent on each yard.
Clients who maintain their subscription throughout the winter will not be charged for a spring cleanup when all of the snow melts and will continue with their subscription plan with locked-in rates.
Also during winter clean ups we cannot scoop what we cannot see. Any waste that's buried under snow will be scooped once it's revealed when the snow starts to melt.
No Access Policy:
If TC Poo Patrol is unable to gain access to your yard because the gate has been locked you will still be charged for the cleaning, however, TC Poo Patrol will pull double duty the following week.
Your Scoop Technician will knock at the door and make attempts to call you before skipping your yard that day. You will be notified via the customer portal as well.
Dangerous Pet Policy:
TC Poo Patrol loves working with dogs! Our technicians have no issue working with your dog in the yard.
If it is evident that your dog is aggressive, or will not let us clean the yard we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on the door, calling, and updating your online portal. If we are unable to clean due to a dangerous dog you will still be charged for the visit and TC Poo Patrol will pull double duty the following week. If one of our Scoop Technicians gets bit/attacked service will immediately be paused and a manager will reach out before we proceed with future service.
Cancelation Policy:
TC Poo Patrol has no contracts and customers can cancel services at any time for any reason with 48-hour notice. Customers can call in to cancel, or update their subscription plan through the customer portal.
Customers that pause services for certain times of the year will be subject to initial cleanup fees, or spring cleanup fees when they return to their monthly subscription.
If a customer cancels services halfway through the month they will be refunded for services that have occurred. The refund will be processed to the payment method on file in the customer portal.
Holiday Policy:
TC Poo Patrol is closed on the following holidays Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. If your service lands on one of those days we will service you within a day or two of that date. For Thanksgiving we are closed that Thursday and will be opened the following Monday. For Christmas and New Years we are closed from Christmas day the 25th through January 1st. During these breaks you will still be charged the full amount for your subscription. By missing a scheduled cleaning the next time we clean your yard there will be twice as much poop. We refer to it as "Double Duty". Therefore that's why charge the full amount.
Waste Disposal Policy:
Our standard service does not include the haul away of your dog's waste. We chose this because waste is very heavy and in bulk can make a dumpster too heavy to pick up during busy seasons. And it adds an expense on our end. Our standard procedure is to double bag the waste and dispose of it on site in the customers garbage can.

General Terms of Service:
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.
Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least one (1) month prior to any changes.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
